Roy McKie (usually spelled "McKié"; October 8, 1921 – January 8, 2015) was an American illustrator of children's books, most notably under the Beginner Books imprint.〔http://www.randomhouse.com/author/results.pperl?authorid=20039 Retrieved 27 December 2010.〕 He illustrated many books penned by Theodor Seuss Geisel (Dr. Seuss) under the pen name Theo.
